Terms of Use

By downloading or using Bella, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Bella. By using the App, you represent that you meet this requirement.

2. Account

You may sign in with Apple or Google. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your device secure.

3. Bella Pro Subscriptions

Bella Pro is an auto-renewing subscription that unlocks premium features including:

  • Unlimited AI body scans
  • Adaptive workout plans
  • Photo meal logging with macro estimates
  • AI coach chat
  • Full scan and session history

3.1 Plans

  • Weekly: Billed every week at the price shown in the App Store.
  • Yearly: Billed once per year at the price shown in the App Store.

3.2 Billing & Cancellation

  • Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase.
  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
  • Manage or cancel in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions on your iPhone.
  • No refund for unused portions of the current billing period except as required by law or Apple policy.

4. Health Disclaimer

Bella provides general fitness guidance and body-metric estimates for informational purposes only. It does not diagnose, treat, or prevent any medical condition. Consult a qualified professional before starting any exercise or nutrition programme. We are not liable for injury resulting from use of the App.

5. User Content

You own the fitness data and photos you submit. You grant us a limited licence to store and process that data solely to provide the App's functionality.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the App, attempt unauthorised access, or use the App for any unlawful purpose. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

7. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from Settings inside the App. We may terminate access for violations of these Terms.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
