Bella (“we,” “us,” or “our”) is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you use the Bella mobile application (“App”).

1. Information We Collect

We collect information you provide and data generated through your use of the App:

  • Account information: Email address when you sign in with Apple or Google.
  • Profile data: Age, height, weight, sex, training goals, and preferences.
  • Body scan photos: Images you capture for AI body analysis.
  • Workout data: Sessions, exercises, sets, reps, and weights you log.
  • Meal data: Food photos and nutrition estimates you submit.
  • Purchase information: Subscription status via Apple and RevenueCat. We do not receive payment card details.
  • Device information: Device model, OS version, and app version for functionality and diagnostics.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

  • Provide and personalize the Bella fitness experience.
  • Generate body scan reports and adaptive workout plans.
  • Sync your data across devices via Supabase.
  • Send workout reminders if you enable notifications.
  • Process and verify Bella Pro subscription status.
  • Improve app features and fix technical issues.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties for advertising.

3. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored on Supabase with encryption in transit and at rest. Row-level security ensures users can only access their own data. Body scan photos are stored securely and are not used for advertising.

4. Third-Party Services

  • Supabase — authentication and database storage.
  • RevenueCat — subscription management.
  • Apple App Store — payment processing.
  • Google / Apple Sign In — account authentication.
  • OpenAI — AI coach and plan generation (Pro features).

Each provider has its own privacy policy governing their handling of data.

5. Data Deletion

You can delete your account and associated data at any time from Settings → Delete Account inside the App. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

6. Children's Privacy

Bella is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data. Contact us at support@repunlock.app to exercise these rights.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will revise the effective date at the top of this page when we do.
