How do I cancel Bella Pro?
Open Settings on your iPhone → tap your name → Subscriptions → Bella → Cancel Subscription. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
I paid but Pro features are not unlocked.
Open Bella → Settings → Subscription → Restore Purchases. If the issue persists, email us with your Apple ID email.
How do I request a refund?
Visit reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in with your Apple ID, find the Bella charge, and request a refund. Apple makes the final decision.
How do I delete my account?
Open Bella → Settings → Delete Account. This permanently removes your account and synced data.
What does Bella Pro include?
Unlimited body scans, adaptive plans, photo meal logging, AI coach chat, and full history sync.
